Dunedin Area Meetups
I have bought, fixed, shortly held and then sold a vacation rental out here. But I have decided that I would like to build a portfolio of rental properties for long term hold.
The market here seems a bit high, but seems the prices are starting to settle down a little bit (at least in my neighborhood).
There are a million agents and a million investors around here it seems. Any good local meetups to help get me spun up? I'm only interested in Pinellas County.

My brokerage hosts a local meet up every 10th of the month at The Canopy in downtown St. Pete from 5 pm - 7:30 pm. No entrance fees and food is provided. Here is the address:
340 Beach Dr. NE St. Petersburg, FL 33701 (The Canopy is the rooftop of the Birchwood)
