Investor Friendly Title agency

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am looking for a title agency in the Vero Beach area.  I currently have a house that I would like to put under contract for a wholesale deal, however, I am in Pennsylvania.  This woman lives in Florida.  She is a good friend of my husbands and understands that this will be a wholesale deal.  If someone could  recommend a company that they have used for an assignment deal, that would be great.  Thank you for your help!
