Introduction - Florida Probate Attorney

Hi everyone, thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Long and I'm a Florida Probate attorney. I've practiced almost exclusively in probate, estates, trusts and guardianship for the better part of my career.

Recently, I posted an article about how Florida probate affects real estate transactions. It was written to help real estate agents but I thought you all might find some value. I'm happy to expand on that here if anyone is interested. Otherwise, just wanted to say hello.

Sorry for the delay folks - I didn't see that there were any responses!

I practice Probate, Trusts and Guardianship law primarily. Much of my work is handling probate caes throughout the State. (Geographic proximity is irrelevant in uncontested probate cases since the State turned to electronic filing.)

I'm happy to answer any probate questions you all may have.

Thanks for welcoming me. Glad to be here.
