Our contractor just isn't getting it done on time and on budget.  Does anyone have a suggestion in the north Jacksonville FL area?

I haven't used him yet professionally but I know him personally. He does honest quality work. The pictures of his tile work are amazing! His name is Daniel Jett. 19048146212.
