Looking for Investors in the Destin area or NW Florida

I am looking for anyone activity in the North West Florida market to network with. I currently live in Dallas and have a rental in Fort Walton and I am looking to partner up with someone local to build a buy and hold portfolio and possibly do some flips. I plan on travel to the area in early August to do some boots on the ground research and would like to be be able to meet some other investors while I am there.
