My name is Gregg. I own/operate an automotive repair shop here in Tulsa. I know about cars and nothing about housing (mine or anyone else). I'm slowly learning about home repairs because I'm to cheap to pay someone but I do know when to throw in the towel! I'm concerned about low returns in the stock market for retirement and thinking owning rental properties may help. I plan on attending the Tulsa REIA meeting this coming Thursday night and learning as much as I can about getting started. I have maxed out my library rentals on the subject and watched most of the youtube videos. Still not exactly sure exactly where to start. Just found this site so I'll be in the archives all weekend!

Happy investing.
