Hello everyone. My name is Chantel Grubbs. I am from Orlando, FL. I am going to be honest I don't have a true background in real estate, but I will be graduating from college soon with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. I would like to start investing in real estate as soon as I graduate, to help be another source of income. At this time I am looking to become more knowledgeable in the different forms of investing. I eventually would like to own commercial and apartment rental properties. If any of the seasoned members are looking to take a mentee under their wing. I am the person I am ready to learn everything.

Welcome to the forum!

A fun thing to do is listen to a podcast every day over breakfast until you finish them all. It will do wonders for your perspective, real estate vocabulary, and approach to the business.

School is ending for you soon but the reading is not! I work with rental properties for a living yet the resources in "learning" and the openness in the forums is blowing me away, you will learn what you want here.

Best of luck from another newb!
