Getting Started with Real Estate Investing
Hello everyone,
I teach full time for my day job and I am also looking to get started in real estate investing as well. I wanted to reach out toward other people who have experience--in particular, obtaining a loan to purchase a rental property and managing properties while working a full-time job are topics I am particularly interested in learning more about. I am completely new at this, so any information will be helpful to me at this point.
