hope everyone is doing well! I am very new to real estate just watching podcast and videos trying to absorb as much as I can. I want to get into multi family rentals. I live in San Francisco where the housing prices are really high so I want to look elsewhere. I have around 120k saved up and ready to invest. I am 27 years old and looking for cash flow/appreciation. Which markets are best for someone in my position?
thanks in advance !

Any market can be great if you build the right team there and really learn the ins and outs of that market. Starting with a good investor friendly real estate agent is a great way to start in any market. The midwest has great opportunities and I like Ohio due to its population growth, #7 GDP, and rise in new businesses moving here.
