Hi, just joined the BP forum after listening to the podcast for several years. I will be closing on my first investment property in the Western Catskills soon, a sweet 1970's cabin in need of some TLC on 6 acres. The plan is to add an off grid structure on the other side of the property and have both units as STRs.

I have been a residential RE agent in NYC the last five years and still hold my license, but have recently joined a large commercial real estate company in their property management group. Looking forward to learning and connecting!
