Would anyone be able to recommend a good real estate agent focused on investments properties? I'm looking at buying a new property in the area and converting my current one into a rental. Looking to connect with an agent (that has an understanding of REI, cash flow, cap rate, etc.) that can provide good ideas and can offer good deals.
