Hello everybody! I am a new member here, but am not a newcomer to the podcast by any means! I have recently discovered my passion for real estate at 28 years of age. I currently own a home, and am currently saving up to purchase my first rental! I have been doing a lot of research, along with a lot of listening. I am from the Central Pennsylvania area. Between Williamsport Pennsylvania and State College Pennsylvania. I have a passion for just the researching of properties, and the art of running the numbers. I'm looking forward to learning a lot for the forums and making my first deal in the near future!
