The Ultimate Beginner
Hey all,
My name is Gabe, and I'm the definition of an ultimate beginner. I live in NYC, and I'm interested in wholesaling to start off as I dont have the amount of money to invest in real estate in NYC. I have read How to invest in real estate with little to no money down by Brandon. Wholesaling is what seems to be most attainable at the moment. I don't have a real estate licence and was wondering if in NYC it is needed to make wholesaling deals. Currently, I have been driving through for dollars and have made a list of a few properties in which I anticipate to contact sooner rather than later. I have no idea what I'm doing but hey here we are. What would be the best advise, particularly for those in NYC as wholesalers, to get the ball rolling and get a head start in my investing journey.
