Real Property Pro Formas

Hi you guys, I'm new to real estate investing and the group. How could I get on a mailing list to secure several real property pro formas? I'm trying to practice an evaluation technique on them. I'm reading a book by Ken Mcelroy  called The Abc's of real estate investing and one of the action steps in the book is to try to get on a mailing list to get real property pro formas to practice the technique he teaches. Any ideas? Thanks
