Getting feet wet in Apex, NC

I'm in the middle of Rehab on my 4th house, still learning the ropes. So far I've flipped the rehabs, but plan to start buying and holding some. Once I'm finished with this project, going to venture into pre-foreclosures. Completed provisional realestate licensing in December, looking for an "investor freindly" company to work with as part-time agent (leaving time for investing and family). Trying to soak up as much information as I can from books, articles, investment clubs and other investors. I love doing this work which I think is the best formula for success.
