Hello fellow investors and entrepreneurs. I am new to this site and so far I am very pleased that I found it. Tons of information and it looks like a great community. I am looking to replace my full-time engineering job with income from real estate investments. I recently turned my first primary home into a rental. I was going to sell it but figured I would test the rental market. Posted a few ads on Craigslist with varying rental rates to test the interest and I was amazed at how much people were willing to pay for rent. Looking forward to learning and earning!
