Hello everyone! I am Leo Peralta from San Diego, CA that is a full-time software engineer. I am very interested in exploring the real estate investing world. I did just buy my own home, but now want rental properties. I hope to build a great portfolio to be financially independent  so I can have the freedom to travel and be there for my family. I've listened to the BiggerPockets Podcast for a couple weeks now and I am just too excited to start. So after attending the 90 Days webinar, I had to join!
