Expanding real estate portfolio
Hi everyone, my husband and I has begun our real estate journey since 2008 from rental properties to flipping houses in Southern California. Rocky experiences with bad contractors and learning curves initially but we enjoy the real estate business. We are now expanding to out of state starting with TX for flipping and rental properties. Hot market! Have not had a chance to get into multi family yet. We are also interested in the note business. Lots of learning and opportunities in real estate world.
