Lee Arnold System - Is it worth it?

Hi All,

I am a new RE Investor and also new to this platform. I working on my first deal with a private money lender called Cogo Capital. We should be closing in about two weeks; however, they just referred me to the inner circle program with Lee Arnold. It is a significant investment, and I just wondered if there was anyone here who has worked with this system that can offer any insight.

Before you join their “Inner Circle”, @Marie Ronquillo, you need some more information.  Will they give you their secret handshake?  Do you get to wear a flamboyant headdress? Horns?  Feathers?  Perhaps a Fez?  Is there an oil lamp and ceremonial sword involved?

You don’t need gimmicks or a gold level membership, Marie.  You’re new to this. These people got their hooks into you and think they have a live one.

If it’s that valuable, do you ever wonder why those who charge thousands to tens of thousands of dollars for their “Inner Circle,” can’t just earn their money applying what they teach?

There’s nothing new here, Marie.  You find a deal.  You need money. You go to a no-nonsense lender who evaluates you and your deal.  Your deal closes and you do it over again.

Sorry, but it’s just that boring.

(And certainly, don’t let them even suggest that they will rescind your loan if you don’t take their bait.)
