Hi, I'm new to this site, so I figure I take the time to introduce my self.

I'm a foreclosure specialist in Sacramento,CA area. I've been in business for over 6 years and have done well. Bought and sold (with investors) over 3000+ homes, this number rises daily as I continue to work with few investors. Due to some resent changes few bigger groups have left Sacramento and were back to our old group of buyers. There are still deals out there you just need to do your #'s and work hard!
