Newbie from Oklahoma City

Hello my name is Richard Pretlow and I reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I'm retired Air Force and currently employed as a Project Manger. I'm new to real estate investment but I'm looking for education and opportunites in the wholeselling, flipping and foreclosure aspect of the business. I've owned a couple rental properties in the past but had to sell them due to lack of time to properly manage them.

I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets by reading the blog of a local real estate investor.

My long term goal is to provide a stable income stream in retirement and I'm confident real esate investment is the best road to that goal.
