New to the Business

Hello everyone name is Alan and I'm just beginning to build my Real Estate Investing Business. I'm still in the process of developing my plan, but as I do this I am noticing properties that are drawing my attention. Is best to just work on the plan first. However, I deem to help in whatever way it is possible in attaining part of their desire to become a homeowner, well within reason as well as helping those desiring a way out of their home. Be it wholesaling, rehabbing, or rent to own.
There is a blog on "How to start Wholesaling: Getting past the Education and into the Field". Just how much of an reality there is to this. Seeing that it is suggested to get educated in this business, say like terminology (lingo) for one. Where can I find the lingo to start studying up on it.
