Effective Next Steps for Wholesale Newbie
Ok so Im at a crossroad on how to go about wholesale real estate. I've never done it, but I think I've found a deal. Can anyone advise me on the next immediate effective steps to take advantage of my 1st deal? Also please direct me as to how about finding investors and what I should do/do not be aware of or to do. Lowkey fomo, but any help is greatly appreciate. Thanks.
