Introducing New Kid On the Block
Hello BP members! I am a newbie to the REI world and I am thrill to be here. I see that I will not only be getting tons of free info but that this community really does care about helping one another. I hope to reciprocate as well.
I began learning about REI in Sept 2012 and have been hooked into learning all that I can ever since.
When I summarized what I needed to do to go after my 1st deal I felt fear swell up all inside of me. But, I kept convincing myself that if I don't do it now I'll never do it. So I wrote down my steps and now I have my 1st prospect this Mon Jul 1st. I pray that this homeowner will sign the contract and one of my buyers will rush in to grab this great deal.
I truly believe that with all the REI info I continue to fill my head with that my success will be inevitable.

Welcome to BP Gwen, it sounds like you have " The Right Stuff"...ok crappy joke about thread title (what can I say, I grew up in the 90s)!
