Welcome @Samuel Al-Harbi transitioning from Finance to real estate will come very naturally. I spent 10 years in corporate finance and I see that as a big differentiator between me and some of my peers, both as agents and investors. We have an office right in Lowell and were doing Monthly meetups there Pre-Covid. We hope to get them up and running again sometime in 2021 but for now we have a monthly meetup in Nashua and are also doing a virtual one. Both are listed on the "Events" tab under "Pints & Properties" here on BP but they can be difficult to find so feel free to PM if you have trouble locating them.

Full-Disclosure - I have a personal bias towards Lowell since our office is there and I own some units there but happy to answer any questions you may have or help you anyway we can.
