Hey everyone, I'm Elvis.
Excited to be a part of the BiggerPockets community here. After perusing countless YouTube videos over the years on personal finance, financial independence, and real estate investing, I decided that it's finally time to take action towards my real estate journey. I am about to do my taxes, get preapproved for a loan, and will start reaching out to agents after. Looking to get a multi-family property in the Bay Area as my first investment to house hack.
