Newbie in rual Wyoming! Anyone around?

Hi, My name is Katie, I live in Lusk Wyoming. I've been interested and learning about real estate investing, specifically rental properties.

I'm looking to connect with local investors and agents to help with the obstacles that come from investment in rural areas. I'm open to new and different types of real estate investing. I'm looking forward to connecting and learning much more.

I am no longer local there, but I do own a rental in Cheyenne there that I have had for 14 years with great PMs and very little vacancies, if you have any questions.  But, truthfully, I don't know the current market there, since I am not looking there at the moment.
