Nearly Newbie in Foxboro, Massachusetts

Hello, BP! As mentioned in the title, I live in Foxboro. I own a duplex and live in one of the units. I also previously rented out a single family for a few years while waiting for the market to sort itself out. I work full time for a note sale advisor, and I'm an attorney (not currently practicing). And that is pretty much the extent of my relevant experience.
I'm also a mom to 2 young kids, and the long hours and long commute in my day job are becoming a real drain on our family. So, here I am.
First up, I'm looking to buy another 2-4 unit property and use the transaction to start building a network and a great team. Eventually, I'd like to acquire enough units to generate a cash flow that will let me leave the 9-5 (or 8-7, whatever...).

This community is amazing, and I'm really excited to get involved!
