Hello BP, I am a new young member here in Connecticut. I have been interested in real estate for a while now, but I work full time as an automotive machinist. I have been looking for information about real estate investing all over and found this site, it is filled with great information. I am in the process of reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide. I would like to get my feet wet when I am ready with buying a SFR or MFR and staying at my current residence. One thing I am worried about is getting a mortgage, although I have money for a nice downpayment, my income from my job is not very much, and I have an auto loan and student loans. Anyways, I look forward to learning as much as I can while reading more on this site and participating. Im glad to be a part of the forums.
