Thanks Bigger Pockets and BRRR! You've inspired me to get moving. Last year I bought a property and have self renovated it during covid. Now, only a few weeks ago, I received my first rental payment for the entire 12 months upfront! Now I am waiting on a land survey to subdivide to plot and add a 2 family modular to the extra land on it soon. No analysis paralysis here! Cant wait to see what the next project is! You've inspired me to take this journey, thanks!
