Hello BP members,
My name is Rosalind (Roz) Price, and I'm a new member. I'm located in Mitchellvile, Maryland and I'm was introduced to the world of real estate investing thru a Rich Dad seminar (yes I know I don't need a guru now that I found BP). My interests are in wholesaling and rental property because now is the time for me to stop looking to just earn a salary.
