Call me WesNewbie,

I just got a contract on a fixer upper, I am really excited and planning to hold this one for a while. I know a lot of people say to move on to multi family after they have a few properties but Im pretty sold on a section 8 portfolio. I hope to get to 20-30 units whilel financing as little as possible.

my first property can be cash @ 19k, any tips or advice out there?

I am thinking of getting a secure loan on 10k and use that for repairs.

so many things are up in the air, but im excited.
