Best way to find financial partners
What’s the best way to find partners to scale new construction duplex rentals in the New Orleans market? Strong relationships in place (2 builds completed).

First, let's agree that you already know the answer to your question: The only way to find serious financial partners is via NETWORKING, either face-to-face or via social media!
That said, your effectiveness in making connections with those with funds to invest will hinge entirely on your ability to establish and maintain quality relationships.
So, for example, when I search your name in LinkedIn (and perhaps Facebook), I should find something. Instead, in your case, I get a big goose egg, and that doesn't help your cause at all!
But wait, it appears you ARE on LinkedIn, but as "Gabriel Ratcliff" rather than "Gabe Ratcliff." Why the change? Why make it even harder for those potential money people to find you?
At very least, you should provide a link to your LinkedIn profile here on your BiggerPockets page, along with a phone number, email address, favorite carrier pigeon name, and any other reliable method to reach you.
You never know just when money will come knocking, but it rarely knocks twice...
