Commercial VS Residential
I have been doing flips for a little while and I am looking to start investing into rental properties. I would love to network with those and hear different opinions on whether to invest into apartments or into commercial buildings or storage units? I don't want to miss up good deals because I am looking for great deals, but also don't want to put myself into a pickle.
