Foreign investor in US
Thank you if you are taking the time to read my post and attending my questions.
I want to buy properties in the US, as an foreign investor. I know this is very much possible but want to know what I can do to pay minimum in taxes obviously. I have a few questions that I wonder about and how I can proceed on this.
1. Can I get a loan from a US bank, and would my terms usually be worse than a US citizen (even though I am sure I can negotiate the terms)?
2. Should I open a company in the US or what should I do in order to pay the least in taxes?
3. What are the main risks of a foreign investor in the us? Besides the fact that you are not there in person yourself, to rent it out, fix small things etc..
4. Any special rules for a foreign investor that I have to follow?
Best,
