Hi guys:

My name is Charlie. I have been lurking this awesome site for a while, tons of great information. I just moved to Florida from NYC. I am looking to learn how to wholesale and tax deeds sales strategies. I think I have the analysis/paralysis syndrome...smile... I do want to hook up with people in my area to get my feet wet.
