I am a 24 year old college student and I've always been intrigued by all types of investing, especially real estate investing. I joined this forum to interact with like-minded people and to learn from experienced investors and also from beginners like myself. I am currently in the process of acquiring a three floor apartment building in an up coming area near a local University. I am hoping this will jump start a lucrative career in real estate investing
