Hi everyone, my name is Tammy and I’m from the Sacramento area in California. I’m looking to dive into real estate as we (my husband and I) currently own 1 rental property. We have been managing the property ourselves for 3 years and have decide that we would like to continue to grow with this style of investment. I currently work F/T managing a group of 6 veterinary hospitals. Im very interested in purchasing property outside of California, for all of the obvious reasons. We are looking to make or next investment purchase in about 6 months or so. I’m looking forward to taking in all of the advice and Information this site provides.
