I've been following BiggerPockets for months, but just posted my first post yesterday about "It's not just who you know, but who knows you". I want to thank you all for all the helpful information (blogs, forums, podcasts) and feedback that this community has provided.

A little about me, I am a full-time engineer by day and a real estate investor by night. My focus in real estate is on multi-family properties located in Phoenix, Arizona and Bakersfield, California.
