Hi my name is Dustin Blanchette and I am relatively new in real estate investing. I have just bought my first rental property in the kankakee area of Illinois and I am looking for a club or someone in the area who has some knowledge on lease options and subject to deals. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
