Good Evening - My name is Jean Clayton and I am married for 26 years to Frank A Clayton - we have 2 boys Anthony 24 and Vincent 16. We live in Bethpage Long Island N.Y. I am a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent and My Husband Frank is a contractor- My husband always wanted to get involved with wholesaling, rehabbing, buy and hold etc. -- We just got finished attending a 3 day workshop on buying properties and flipping them for profit by Fortune Builders - we got a lot of info - we were on information overload this past weekend. We did not purchase the training program though-- Then I came across your amazing website filled with a wealth of information and thought this would be a great place to start - any info given to help us start this business would be greatly appreciated- As you can tell we are newer then newbies
