Hi my name is Michael Myers Jr. I promise you that's my real name. I'm from Jacksonville Florida. I'm looking to be a real estate investor to find a way to Financial Freedom like almost everybody else in the world wants. I work for USPS aka the post office.

As of right now I have never made a deal in my life but I plan on making it as soon as I can get a good deal on a loan. The only thing stopping me right now is my credit score. It is 603 but I just cleared my credit of all debt so I am anticipating it will go up a lot next month. Even if it doesn't reach what I want it to I plan on trying to get qualified for a loan and potentially start my real estate investing journey.

You have no idea how badly I want financial Independence especially with working with the post office. They demand a lot of my time and sometimes the work can be hard. Great place to work though.

Work toward developing some investment capital in the mean time.  Nothing riskier than starting to do deals without sufficient capitalization to weather even a small storm.  Oh and make sure not to come near me and my family during Halloween.  Good luck.
