N.C. real Estate Attorney

Jessie Lynn
Posted

I’m looking for a North Carolina Real Estate attorney to help me protect myself as NORTH CAROLINA Real estate broker.

~ I would like to know the legalities behind brokers doing an assignment contract or if we are able to do assignments contracts—I’m drawn to the wholesaling/investing thing— so  I would like to present it as an “instant offer”.

- I want protect myself and the sellers so I would like to have him/her create a contract for me to use when buying, assigning or selling homes to interested buyers.
