Hi everyone! My name is Devonte and I'm based out of Greenville, SC. I currently work in finance, but a few weeks ago I decided to get my Real Estate license. I am starting a LLC with a few family members and our goal is to build a positive cash flowing portfolio. BP has been so helpful and I appreciate this community!
