Hello,

My name is Sam Harrington. I discovered this website while looking for answers to some questions I had regarding the multi family housing industry. I am very new to real estate investing. I have read several books and been meeting with people to learn as much as I can about buying multi family properties and running them efficiently so investors, and myself can enjoy the benefits of monthly income, and increased cash flow. I am 22 and My wife and I bought our first home here in Northern Indiana last spring. I am a quality manager at a plastic sheet lamination company. I would be interested in any insight from experienced folks on here regarding beginner pointers, how to develop relationships with trustworthy lawyers and realtors. I appreciate anyone that has taken your own time to read my introduction, and I look forwarding to building a mutually beneficial relationship with you.

Thanks For Your Time,
Sam Harrington
