Hello all. Saying hello from Indy. Have started and stopped as an investor/landlord several times in the last 15 years or so. Sold everything (long story) Went into the restaurant business (still there) but ready to get off the sidelines and get back to RE more aggressively. Mainly a buy and hold strategy focusing on duplexes on up and at some point adding a modest commercial piece.

Joined the site the other day and am pleasantly overwhelmed by all the great information, experience and brainpower! Anyway, thanks for such a great forum. Looking forward to it. -Mark
