European newbie interested in TX and FL market
Hi yall,
My name is Kai and together with my wife Anne, we got our first rental property in The Netherlands.
We are finding out our (financial) possibilities to start with RE investments in the Austin (TX) - and/or Tampa (FL) area.
Currently our focus is on Austin (TX), because we’ll travel to this beautiful city once in a while. It feels like our second home.
We are looking for rockstar lenders and financial advisors to work with in the near future (3-5 years), to build a great network and do business in the long term.
