Hey! I'm just entering the real estate world. I am trying to get into commercial and residential leasing due to my current job, though I'd love to do some flipping and renting in my personal life later down the line.

Right now I'm helping out my boss with various commercial and residential leases in San Diego, Riverside, and LA counties. Learning on the job!
