Ok guys and girls I just got a property that I got a great deal on. It's a single family house that the tenant has not payed rent in 3 months. The  Previous own sold to me because the tenants will not pay him a dime. They owe him a total of 2100 dollars. How should I go about trying to get them to pay with this covid problem going on. I have a couple of ways but I would like your guys  Opinion. Or should I just take my lose for a couple of month to wait to  Evict them.thanks
