Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm thrilled to be a part of a growing real estate community. My name is Evan McClure and I'm a real estate investor eager to learn! I decided recently to diversify and look for different ways to generate passive income, in order to become financially independent. I live in Arlington, VA but grew up and have a condo (currently rent it out) in Charlotte, NC. I'm looking to network with other like minded individuals, investors, and lenders who share common goals.

Currently, I'm just reading, watching webinars and trying to grow my network. However, this week I partnered with a friend in Charlotte, started up an LLC, and we have our first multi-family home under contract in CLT!! IN ONE WEEK! We used the Bigger Pockets analysis tool to run some numbers so we are hoping to have a successful start.
